The Common Assumption
I know that I am tired of going to different websites for paid surveys and finding out that there are multiple things that don’t work on it. So far the biggest problems I have seen thus far are as follows:
- Some say they give cash, but end up only trading for what they consider "prizes" but are just cheap crap.
- All the websites do is SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! This one really annoys me.
- NOT GETTING PAID! Spending all of your time, but when it is time that you should get your check, they don't send it!
- • Limited to the amount of surveys you are allowed to do in a day.
- Having to use "points" to turn into cash, 15 points a survey with 2000 points to earn $5.
Not ALL Sites Are Scams
Of course the list can go on and on over reasons some Surveys for Money sites are just big scams. However just because SOME sites are scams does NOT mean that ALL sites are scams! After a lot of trial and error (and money out of my pocket sometimes) I can finally put together the survey websites that I use to get monthly checks.
First Survey Website
The first website that I found is my favorite. This is because you don't have just only surveys but you can get paid for Movie Trailers and trying New Products (you test to products for money and get to keep them usually!) This company is not just the ones giving money for surveys, but is more a database of companies that give money for surveys and the other promotions. There are over 700 companies on this site!

These are all companies that I have PERSONALLY tested and use on a daily basis. This is not something that is going to make you millions, but you can supplement you income with this. I am a sophomore in college using this instead of a job. I spend about 2-3 hours every day. (This is collectively not all at once.) Usually an hour in the morning before I get my day moving. An hour at night before I go to bed, and then whenever I have time throughout the day. I actually enjoy doing these online surveys. (Actually I think I just like the money! Although some of the surveys are fun!) I wish I could accurately tell you how much money i make per day but I can't because each survey is different in payoff. For those of you that want me to give you my BEST estimate.... I would say if I did 2 hours a day for a week I could make around $700-$1000 . THIS IS NOT A GARENTEE BUT A ROUGH ESTAMATE! It really all depends on what surveys you choose to do, and how fast you can do them.
My Recommendations When Doing Surveys
- BE ACCURATE! - You will notice some surveys will ask you some questions more than once, but reword them. They do this for a reason; they want REAL answers so they are "grading" how truthful you are. The more truthful the more likely you are to get more surveys + surveys worth more money! Plus eventually when you get established as trustworthy (there isn't a ranking that shows you this but you will be able to tell) you will notice your surveys are able to finish A LOT faster. Mostly because they stopped putting in the double questions.
- When Choosing A Survey - Some surveys you can choose, some you are selected for. For the surveys you choose, choose ones that you will be interested in! This will keep you more interested and coming back. This will also make you answer them more truthfully and not try to rush through it (because of the 1st reason) your opinion counts... that’s why companies are paying you, what you select helps companies change their products.
- Set Goals - Say you are going to do at least 1 a day. That way your name gets out there (really your username) and you can become more popular with companies. Also it is not that hard to do 1 a day (usually can get one that’s only 5-10 minutes) plus they all add up. Even a $5 one a day is $150 a month, that’s a lot for 5 minutes a day.
- HAVE FUN! - I cannot stress this one enough. I belong to a few forums and blogs for online surveys. Some of the people complain about the surveys... if you are not having fun, try other surveys or just take a break. There will always be surveys out there. Just because you take a break does not mean the surveys do.
- Choose Wisely - Some companies are better than others. While these sites usually bring surveys to you, you will also sometimes get websites to go to other companies. READ! Some companies only pay you when you get to a certain dollar amount. Also some companies only pay you monthly.
- Keeping Track - Keeping a log sometimes is useful. One reason is for you to be able and see your progress and another is to make sure some of the outsourced companies keep up their bargain. (Some only pay you for 2 surveys a day, but allow you to take as many surveys as possible. Your time is money! Make sure you are getting the most out of it!)

The internet is one giant pot of money, using one of these websites is like dipping your hand into the pot every time you do a survey! Plus remember the first website is not JUST surveys but also movie trailers, new products and other online money abilities.
